Mission

Build A Pro is a Non-Profit Apprenticeship Intermediary Organization focused on serving the local community by seeking to cut through the "red tape" of starting or running an apprenticeship program. We support people searching for meaningful work to find purpose and value across industries by partnering with employers and educational institutions to build targeted apprenticeship programs. Build A Pro believes that the best service to a community at large is to grow the individual members' professional ability to meet more community needs.

Build A Pro Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Salina, Kansas, dedicated to transforming lives through comprehensive apprenticeship programs. As an Apprenticeship Intermediary Organization, we partner with employers, schools, and community organizations to create tailored pathways to meaningful employment across various industries.

We provide wraparound services to all our participants, addressing challenges like addiction, incarceration, or homelessness while offering mentorship, life skills training, and access to essential resources. These include housing assistance, counseling, and transportation, ensuring that every apprentice has the support they need to thrive both personally and professionally.
