Specific Need

Heartland Early Education is partnering with the City of Salina Parks and Recreation to beautify and update Kennedy Park on Hageman Avenue in Salina. Heartland Early Education shares the property with Kennedy Park. Local children and Heartland students often use the park and it needs some love. The City of Salina has already begun the process. They have added new mulch and will be updating old equipment. Heartland plans to replace the old Born Learning Trail with a new sensory path that cultivates both movement and literacy.
