Specific Need

Donations will be allocated towards our SPLASH Water Safety program.  This free program provides a week of water safety to area 2nd graders at no cost to the participant or school.   Almost 3 children die each day due to drowning.  This program is provided as a community service to protect and educate our children.

Profile

The YMCA has three areas of focus:  Youth Development, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility.  As a community service organization, serving Salina for 130 years, our goal is to provide access and services to all ages.  Financial Assistance is provided to participants for membership or program based on ability to pay.  This access is available due to the generosity of our members, staff and community donors.
